Have A Little Faith.. By Mitch Albom

I just finished reading this book Have A Little Faith by Mitch Albom last night. This book was really touching, as all of this authors books have been. This book was a true story (as it says on the cover) about two church leaders of different religions and backgrounds. One of the church leaders is of the Jewish faith and was Mitch's church leader all growing up. Half the story is about this incredible man and his life lessons about life. The other story of the book is about a man who has a very rough childhood and past, but changes his ways one day and serves the Lord the best he can for the rest of his life. Both stories are touching, and the book really makes you think about what faith means to you in your life. For these men faith meant service to others and reaching out to everyone with love.

I really enjoy reading things that make me want to strive to be a better person! If you are looking for something like that for this upcoming holiday season READ THIS BOOK! :) You will just want to volunteer for the next food drive or donate some old clothes to the homeless right away!

  1. If you're a fan of HAVE A LITTLE FAITH, and a fan of Mitch Albom's, here's a great charity Mitch started to repair Pastor Henry Covington's church roof. All it takes is a small donation ($5, $10, $25) to help repair the roof of the Pilgrim Church in Detroit that Pastor Covington runs before Michigan winter sets in. Any money over and above the $20,000 needed, will go to other places of worship in need of repair. Check out the A HOLE IN THE ROOF FOUNDATION'S webpage at:

    No donation is too small!!
