Today Mom told us about this AMAZING sale going on at Albertsons. I never really look at the ads when they come in the mail every week, but I think now we are gonna have to! It is incredible how much money you save! Today we went and bought our favorite canned veggies for 39cents! It was only $20 for 50 cans..that would last the two of us forever! We also got our favorite kinds of cereal for like $1.50 a box and some baking stuff for like 50cents! We decided officially we're grown ups because we get so excited about weird things like grocery sales!!! The people working at the Albersons were so nice too, we might just have to start shopping there instead of icky Wal-mart! But the most important part of this is that we've officially started our food storage! :) For months I have been talking about it and we've been waiting for some case lot sale or something to get us kick started. I moved all my craft stuff into a pile in the spare room for now so we have plenty of room in the kitchen for our storage. It makes me feel less paranoid about a disaster knowing we are trying to be prepared. If anyone has any tips for us let me know! :)
